Steering

From the 1941–1948 Chrysler Shop Manual

Covers removing the horn blowing ring and the steering wheel with puller C-612, and the column gearshift control. Steering gear pages cover removal, disassembly and assembly of the worm and roller tooth gear, adjusting the worm bearings and roller tooth mesh, and testing steering wheel pull. They also cover causes of back-lash, steering gear alignment, and anti-shock insulators and wheel fight on the C-33 and C-37.
