From the 1941–1948 Chrysler Shop Manual

Covers static and dynamic wheel balancing and checks for wheel and tire run-out and eccentricity on fixture DD-436. Also covered are safety rim wheels, hub caps and the plastic wheel covers of the C-38, C-39 and C-40, and removing tires with the car tool, the bumper jack or service tool C-610. The section closes with tire mounting, tire pressure, tire rotation every 3,000 miles and inflating double inner tubes.
