From the 1941–1948 Chrysler Shop Manual

Specification tables by series for the C-28 to C-40, including 7-passenger models, with the C-38 and C-39 Town and Country noted. Tables cover starting serial numbers, wheelbase and tread, front suspension angles and rear axle settings, and gear ratios and brake dimensions. Clutch, cooling and electrical data (Auto-Lite generators, ignition timing, bulbs) follow. Engine data for the 241.5 and 250.6 cu in sixes and 323.5 cu in eights covers pistons, rings and valves. Fuel, shock absorber, steering, transmission and tire tables complete the section.
