A new procedure for adjusting the carburetor depopper valve on 1954 256, 279 and 317 cu. in. truck engines, including spring calibration with tension scale T54T-9976-A and a vacuum-gauge method for when the tool is not on hand. The rest of the letter is a set of quiet items for 1954 cars: the radio opening cover plate, loose lamp bulbs and parts in the instrument panel, flasher mounting, panel anti-squeak tape, seat track and seat spring squeaks, and the Fordor seat back.
