Complete overhaul with the carburetor off the engine: disassembly of the air horn, float bowl, choke and throttle body, cleaning and inspection by symptom (flooding, hesitation, hard starting, poor mileage, rough idle), then assembly and installation of each part, including the finish of TPS adjustment, idle air bleed valve installation, choke cover rivets and the fuel inlet nut torque.
