This is the April 30, 1948 training copy of the Product Service Bulletin that General Motors Products of Canada, Limited, Oshawa, sent to its dealers. It opens with a dealer co-operative service training quiz for mechanics, then runs in division sections (Chevrolet, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Body, Truck and General) with items dated April 15 and April 30, 1948, mostly for 1946–1948 Canadian-built cars and Chevrolet and GMC trucks.

Chevrolet explains the relocated keyway on timing gear #839259, which retards the camshaft 4°, with a valve timing diagram and a dial gauge check. Pontiac and Oldsmobile cover cylinder head gasket leakage and Perfect Seal. Oldsmobile adds horn buttons, the short-flange Hydra-Matic case for the Series 98, aluminum annular clutch pistons, solenoid switch brackets and revised steering arms. Buick has the extended overhead oil orifice. The Body pages cover convertible header studs, the Pontiac Conditionaire heater, seat springs, truck cab seat adjuster cables and front hinge pillar water leaks. Truck items treat steering arms, brake pedal clearance and hand brake cables; General reprints battery testing advice. Some pages are repeated or faint.
