Brakes
From the 1930 Chrysler Imperial 8 Instruction Book
Rear axle lubrication, then the Chrysler hydraulic four-wheel brakes. It explains how the compensating master cylinder and wheel cylinders work, the correct reservoir level and Chrysler brake liquid, bleeding each line, finding leaks, and adjusting the shoe cams. After refacing, the eccentric anchor pins are set to .006 in. at the bottom and .012 in. at the top. It also covers the external-band hand brake on the transmission.
