Corrective Measures and Operation
From the 1927 Chrysler Imperial 80 Instruction Book
Opens with the transmission emergency brake adjustment, then troubleshooting lists for an engine that fails to start, stops, misses, loses power or compression, pops back through the carburetor, overheats or knocks. The operation part covers preparing a new or stored car, starting the engine with spark and throttle levers, fumer and manifold heat, a labeled front compartment view, shifting the three-speed gearbox, stopping the car and a caution on four-wheel brakes.
