1970 Pontiac Chassis Service Manual

The 1970 Pontiac Service Manual (December 1969, Pontiac Motor Division) applies to all 1970 Pontiac, Grand Prix and Tempest models and covers every component of the car except the body, which is in a separate Fisher Body manual. Owner operation is left to the Owner's Manual. The book is organized in numbered sections 0 to 15, each opening with its own contents list, and ends with an alphabetical index. Sections run from lubrication, heating and air conditioning through suspension, differentials, brakes, six-cylinder and V-8 engines, manual and Turbo Hydra-Matic transmissions, to steering, electrical, bumpers and accessories.
