Rear Axle Differential Carrier

Differential carrier overhaul for 40–60 Series rear axles: 11,000 through 17,000 lb capacity single-speed axles, 15,000 and 17,000 lb two-speed axles, Eaton differential case and drive pinion for 18,500 and 23,000 lb single-speed and two-speed axles, and tandem rear axles with the power divider. Procedures include ring gear and differential bearing replacement, reassembly, pinion depth checks and ring gear thrust pad adjustment.
