The 1957 Cadillac 90-degree overhead-valve V-8: 4-inch bore, 3-5/8-inch stroke, 365 cubic inches, 10.0 to 1 compression and 300 horsepower at 4800 rpm. It describes hydraulic lifters, the lubrication and crankcase ventilation systems, cylinder numbering and firing order, then gives cylinder head removal, valve and guide service and other repairs, special tools and full specifications for pistons, rings, valves, crankshaft, oil pump, vacuum pump and camshaft.
