6.2L and 6.5L Diesel Engine Direct and General Support Maintenance Manual (TM 9-2815-237-34)

TM 9-2815-237-34 (also Air Force TO 38V1-6-2 and Marine Corps TM 2815-34/3A), the January 1996 direct support and general support maintenance manual for the DDA 6.2 liter and 6.5 liter V-8 diesel engines used in the M998 series vehicles, including the naturally aspirated, detuned and turbocharged 6.5L versions; this copy includes Change 1 of May 1999. Chapter 1 introduces and describes the engines. Chapter 2 covers tools, troubleshooting, general maintenance, complete disassembly into subassemblies, repair of each subassembly, fuel injection pump calibration, reassembly, run-in and repair standards. Appendices list references, supplies, manufactured items, mandatory replacement parts, tools and torque limits. Repair parts are in TM 9-2815-237-34P.
