The 1987 Light Duty Truck Fuel and Emissions Service Manual covers gasoline engines with throttle body injection, 2.5L, 2.8L, 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L and 7.4L, in C, K, P, R, V, S and T trucks and M and G vans of the 10/1500 to 30/3500 series, and also includes the 1988 C-K 10–30 series TBI fuel and emission service. It replaces sections 6C and 6E of the 1987 light duty truck service manuals with system descriptions, diagnosis and on-vehicle service. Sections run from general information and driveability symptoms through Computer Command Control and fuel control to the individual emission systems, special tools and specifications, abbreviations and an index. Wiring diagrams are in the separate Truck Wiring Diagram booklet.
