1946 Chrysler Owners Manual

The owner's instruction book for the Chrysler C-38 six with the 250.6 cubic inch engine, form D-11061 (second edition), issued by the Chrysler Sales Division. The book prints no model year. After the warranty, license data and contents pages it follows Chrysler's three-part plan: Section I on operating the car, including the standard and hydraulically operated transmissions; Section II on care and maintenance, from lubrication charts through each mechanical system to a specifications table; and Section III on factory accessories and MOPAR maintenance materials. It closes with a cut-out owner's identification card and a maintenance summary.
