1972 Chevrolet Heavy Duty Truck Shop Manual Supplement, Series 70–90

This 1972 supplement covers Chevrolet heavy-duty 70 through 90 Series trucks: conventional, short conventional, tilt cab and forward-control models with V6 and V8 gasoline engines, Detroit Diesel 53 and 71 Series engines and Cummins diesels. It is meant to be used with the 1970 Heavy Duty Truck Service Manual ST135-70 and the 1971 supplement ST332-71, follows the same section sequence, and gives only information that is new or changed for 1972, often with updated specifications and torque charts at the end of each section.
