Riviera Manuals

The Riviera is Buick’s personal luxury car. The library’s Riviera manuals cover 1940 to 1972, mostly Buick-wide books that include the Riviera along with Special, Skylark, LeSabre, Wildcat and Electra: chassis and body service manuals, a parts illustration catalog, an owner’s manual and a Rochester carburetor application index.

The 1967 Buick Riviera Owners Manual covers the Super Turbine transmission, Electro-Cruise and Guardian Maintenance. The 1963 Buick Body Service Manual and Chassis Service Manual cover the first-generation Riviera era, including the 401 engine, suspension, brakes and electrical systems. The 1970 Buick Chassis Service Manual and the 1940–1972 Chassis and Body Illustration Catalog help restorers identify parts and service procedures.
