Airflow Manuals
The Airflow is Chrysler’s streamlined car of the mid-1930s, sold in Chrysler and Imperial forms. The library holds Airflow manuals for 1934 to 1937: an owner’s instruction book, a master maintenance manual and a factory shop manual. They deal with the straight-eight Airflow, the Airflow Imperial and the C17 Airflow, alongside the Airstream and other Chrysler models of the same years.
Manuals here include the 1935 Chrysler Airflow Eight Instruction Book, the factory owner’s manual for the Code C1 car, covering driving, lubrication and adjustments. The 1934–1936 Chrysler Master Maintenance Manual gives service procedures, lubrication charts and specifications for the Airflow Eight and Imperial. The 1937 Chrysler Shop Manual covers the C17 Airflow with service standards and special tools. Restorers and prewar Chrysler owners will find them useful.
